Merry Christmas everyone. This has been a great pre-Christmas time. There are so
many things going on and lots of us are anxious to give our gifts. We woke up about
1:30 this morning and talked for a while, and then went back to sleep and slept til almost
8i:00. We made a couple of calls to wish Merry Christmas. We've had breakfast and
playing with our new blog. Papa and I both have one which Ashley made for us.
We're just waiting for the others to get here to get the big day going.

Well,Christmas is over and we had a wonderful
ReplyDeletetime. All the family was here and we did everything appropriate for Christmas-open presents, eat, visit, exchange stories and lots more. Amy and Jake and Jenny spent the night and we visited some more. I will leave my
Christmas decorations up for a while since they
took quite a long time to put them out. The Potters joined us for dinner and Kevin saved the day helping Buddy with his new Apple laptop. That will be a popular passtime for him.Both Buddy and I got a new blog. Ashley created it for us and it's lots of fun to share thoughts on the internet. We both got
some nice things from the kids (we told them
not to spend on us). We're already looking forward to next year.
It has been really cold for California and I
ReplyDeletedon't know how much more of it we will have. Say Road us much biggger than the ranchhouse, andmuch colder. l We mostly keep to the bedroom after about 5:00. We can keep that nice and warm.
I put away most of my christmas decorations,except for the tree, ornaments and outside decorations. Wonder of wonders - it all fit in the hall closet. I gave away a lot of my things to family members. I couldn't bear to just throw them away and this way they can enjoy them for a while and then give them away also.
I had plugs put into my tear ducts to
combat "dry eye" problems. I had thought that the tear ducts produced the tears for your eyes- no, no. They drain the tears into
your nose leaving the eye dry in my case. I
sure hope this works.
It was a wonderful Christmas! Thanks for making it so great. I can't wait till the next party. We all love you two so much. Enjoy your blogs.
